Crossroads in Bolivar County

.It’s been said that the great bluesman Robert Johnson was once a terrible musician. In a desperate attempt to improve he made his way to a crossroads somewhere in rural Mississippi at midnight. It was here that he encountered Lucifer and agreed to trade his soul for immediate musical and artistic prowess. By daybreak Johnson had transformed from a nobody into a somebody. And now the Mississippi Delta is consistently swarmed with travelers in search of THE crossroads.

We sure do love the thought of transformation with minimal effort.
